Casey Mensinger is a program coordinator for the Public Affairs Council. In this capacity, she works directly with the Public Affairs team to provide support on projects and initiatives including the Council’s certificate and mentoring programs as well as the various networks. She also works in conjunction with the Foundation for Public Affairs on its fundraising and outreach efforts.
Casey joined the Council in 2015 after graduating from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and public policy. While at Gettysburg, she was active in campus leadership, including service on the executive boards of the campus chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, a co-ed national service fraternity; and of her sorority, for which she coordinated numerous workshops and a large chapter retreat.
Casey also participated in several research initiatives, including as the co-author of a paper about the Supreme Court and the public display of religious symbols. Subsequently, she presented that paper before the Northeastern Political Science Association.
Minnesota-born, California-raised and Pennsylvania-educated, Casey enjoys traveling, attending concerts and spending time with her loved ones.
